Simpsons Kuwaiti Joke

So I’m reading this Simpsons comic book that I bought like 4 years ago and its weird that every time I read it, I never noticed this. FYI the guy is in a high class bar or something like that called “The Beer Boys”. Also come to think of it, why would American writers know that Kuwaitis are in discos in London :P . Unless they had a British writer which is highly improbable.
